Hello! My name is Adytia. I am a Data Analyst. I am a viable communicator with respectable experience in data and marketing. With project ranging from customer behavior analysis, customer retention (cohort), customer relationship management, customer segmentation, SKU portfolio, data automation and many more.
I am really passionate in data analytics because I want to solve major problem in Indonesia using data. As an engineering graduate, I have affinity to work with number. Data analytics successfully combines aspects of work that I enjoy such as computation, communication, and visualization.

This time I want to share my experience during an interview as a candidate data analyst at a startup company. This interview was carried out in 3 stages, namely HR interviews, user interviews, and upper management interviews.
At first, I was not satisfied with my job as a marketing and graphic designer, it was because of my Geological Engineering background in college. Then how can I like my work and develop further? The answer is data analytics and this is my story.
Curiosity, problem-solving, and analytical thinking are the core of Adytia's values to maintain the tasks that are given. I worked with him for a year in Ula and saw the growth of his skill and knowledge rapidly. I am grateful to have Adytia on my team and recommend him for any future opportunity.
